Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ReplyMind, available at replymind.cloud (the “Service”), operated by Bubble Prosta Spółka Akcyjna, Aleja Jana Pawła II 27, 00-867 Warsaw, Poland (KRS 0001201786, NIP 5273189097, REGON 543062934). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ReplyMind is an AI-powered automated reply assistant. It unifies messages from your connected channels into one inbox and drafts replies in your voice. You remain in control: drafts are sent only after you review and approve them, unless you explicitly enable automation. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

2. Subscription and billing

• The Service is offered as a subscription priced at $49 per month.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time; your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed thereafter.
• Except where required by applicable law, payments already made are non-refundable.

3. Acceptable use — no spam

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you must not use ReplyMind to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), to harass, deceive, or impersonate others, to distribute malware, or to violate any applicable law or the terms of any third-party platform you connect. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bubble P.S.A. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. You are responsible for reviewing any content before it is sent. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
